IMMI VIP designs and develops product to meet your requirements from concept to production. Our Engineers uses industry standard CAD platforms to design and model the mechanical components of your wheel. Electrical component design is developed with LIN/CAN programming capability. All supported by experienced personnel using APQP techniques. Testing is conducted in our own in-house test lab validating all structural, electrical and environmental design requirements. The manufacturing process involves state-of-the-art robotic welding and integral skin polyurethane foam molding capability.
